Your main duties will involve formulating and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, collaborating with teams from different departments, and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external partners.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global pricing strategies for transportation services

Conduct market analysis and identify pricing optimization opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives

Participate in pricing discussions with key customers and carriers

Supervise pricing performance and implement corrective actions

Apply data-driven decision-making to evaluate pricing models

Stay updated with industry regulations and market dynamics

Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

Provide guidance and training to the sales team

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize pricing processes

Requirements:

Educational background in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field (equivalent experience is acceptable, MBA preferred)

Proven experience in transportation pricing, preferably in a global or multi-national environment

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using pricing tools and software

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies

Strong understanding of global transportation industry dynamics

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Manages the performance of assigned staff. Coaches and guides on project management. Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan. Provides feedback at the most critical times. Resolves complex client onboarding/transition/conversion issues for key clients. Manages a team or multiple teams of professionals, including coaching, performance management and resource allocation. Develops and oversees the achievement of multiple teams or area objectives. Responsible for the financial resources of the area, ensuring adherence to budget and management of expenses. Focus is on daily, short-term goal achievement, but contributes to longer-term objectives. To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
