Description We are looking for a meticulous Title Clerk to join our team in the mortgage industry, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing and recording financial documents, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. This role is 100% onsite and pays $18 an hour.Responsibilities: Review and record financial documents accurately and efficiently Maintain and update customer records in accounting software systems Use Adobe Acrobat and CRM tools to manage customer-related tasks Handle accounting functions such as processing accounts payable Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Process checks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Use Abila MIP and ADP - Financial Services for financial management and reporting Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Requirements Proficient in using Abila MIP and other Accounting Software Systems. Experience with Adobe Acrobat and ADP - Financial Services. Familiarity with CRM and basic accounting functions. Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) procedures. Ability to handle answering inbound calls. Proficient in check processing tasks. Exceptional customer service skills. Prior experience in the mortgage industry is preferred. Familiarity with title clerk duties and responsibilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
