At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Lead your team to meet or exceed regional sales and order targets assigned by OpCo management via direct sales activities with customers.

Drive partnership with Genomic Medicine Account Management teams, Field Application Scientists and other OpCos to identify opportunities and to drive Design-In of Cytiva Cell Therapy products specified in customers’ early-stage drug development process.

Through your critical insight on customer Cell Therapy manufacturing processes, support your team to formulate strategies to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed customers’ needs and expectations and simultaneously expand Cytiva’s business by gaining market share in existing and new accounts.

Lead funnel reviews and ensure reporting of all business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to OpCo management through a CRM; and provide voice of customer (VOC) and applications feedback to product development teams.

As a People Leader you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching and development of your team.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Science or related discipline.

At least 3 years of sales management experience and/or people leadership experience.

At least 5 years of sales experience selling consultative complex services or solutions to the biopharma industry.

Prior knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy clinical modalities, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, and GMP.

Proven ability to hire, develop, manage,and retain leading sales professionals.

Solid track record of sales team exceeding targets and building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at all organizational levels.

Up to 50% travel within assigned region, including international travel for training, conferences, trade shows,and seminars.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Masters in Science, Business, or PhD.

Experience using Salesforce.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
