We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, US Healthcare Design to join our People Rewards team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, USA - HYBRID/3 days in office requirement.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Research, benchmark, organize, analyze, interpret and present healthcare metrics from a variety of resources.
Through fact-based analysis this position will be responsible for gaining insight into BNY population health risks, identifying peer and vendor marketplace trends and best practices and maintaining expert knowledge of the rapidly changing healthcare marketplace.
Working with internal and external constituencies, the incumbent will formulate a data-driven approach to identify and recommend best-in-market programs to enhance member engagement, improve quality outcomes, enhance population health and wellbeing, and control costs.
Assist in preparation of senior management exhibits to make critical business decisions
Assist in implementation of any agreed upon benefit solutions, including partnering with broader internal and external stakeholders as well as reviewing various participant facing communications
Work with broader Benefits and Wellbeing team on developing and implementing innovative ways to actively engage our employees and their families in understanding and using their benefits in a meaningful way that maximizes the member experience and enhances overall perception
As program changes are contemplated, the US Health and Insurance Specialist will work with internal and external teams to develop and conduct vendor requests for information and proposals, analyze findings, evaluate vendor risk, negotiate contracts and implement programs to support BNY\'s healthcare strategy.
The position will analyze and report on vendor performance against contractual performance guarantees.

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Treasury and ALM I to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pa - hybrid.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Contribute to the year-round stress test (e.g., annual CCAR stress test execution the mid-cycle stress test), as well as various projects throughout the year. The candidate will join a talented global team of Treasury personnel responsible for the company\'s asset and liability management, capital management, interest rate and liquidity risk management.
Perform FR Y-14A net interest income and the balance sheet projections for various scenarios. Collect financial data, forecast inputs/assumptions, and run the model/analyses, execute CCAR stress testing and report the results. Perform attribution analysis, identify key forecast drivers, and prepare presentations for senior management.
Ensure the Balance Sheet Management (BSM) analytics model is functioning as expected, identifies, and troubleshoots any unexpected/unintuitive results. Ensures proper controls on the quality and integrity of reports produced for senior management and CCAR committee processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance and improve ALM risk measurement and reporting processes. Work on ALM/QRM model improvements and enhancements. Support the validation of models, provide testing and analysis at the request of Model Risk Management.
Conduct special projects and ad-hoc analyses/reporting as requested. Provide technical guidance to less experienced team members on complex issues.
Interact with key teams across the Firm including Balance Sheet Modeling, Interest-Rate Risk, OCI, RWA, Capital, SME LOBs, as well as Risk and Audit. Cultivate relationships with peers in the businesses, Risk Management, Audit, Finance and Corporate Treasury to ensure efficient collection of data/model inputs.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative discipline, including engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics etc. Master\'s, MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred.
3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience with CCAR stress testing, interest rate risk management, liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations preferred.
3+ years of experience with Quantitative Risk Management (QRM) model with exposure to model development/implementation and reporting.
Excellent technical documentation and verbal communication skills (ability to explain complex theoretical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language).
Proficient in Excel; Knowledge of VBA and SQL preferred.

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of US Tax Operations Manager, Head of AIS FATCA to join our Tax Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, hybrid role minimally 3 days in office.
In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
Oversee the AIS FATCA Tax Operations with teams across different regions.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with FATCA/CRS requirements.
Engage with senior business partners on contributing to prospective new business RFPs.
Provide Control Oversight, Governance and status reporting.
Analyzes business functions and processes, providing analytical analysis to challenge current processes to target process improvement and reduce risk.
Able to think strategically. Solution problems with Client experience in mind.
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience and 2-3 years of management experience preferred.

We\'re seeking a future team member for the role of Technology Risk Control Management to join our Clearing Markets Treasury Engineering team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required). In this role, you\'ll make an impact in the following ways:
As a member of the Clearing, Markets and Issuer Services Technology (CMIST) Risk & Compliance Team, this role is responsible for setting the strategy for identifying, analyzing, monitoring, reporting, and minimizing information technology risks within their assigned portfolio
This role will be responsible for defining, documenting and communicating standardized and proactive processes for technology risk identification, treatment, monitoring and reporting. Supports the assigned line of business in gathering information and preparing for all tech risk related reporting and meetings, i.e. internal and external audit, regulatory interaction, as well as the Key Risk Review and related meetings
Collaborates with the assigned Application managers to ensure tracking and timely remediation of risks is occurring
Supports the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and High Level Assessment (HLA) processes for the assigned portfolio within CMIST
Coordinates the issue and exception/acceptance processes, including self-reported issues
Provides consultative guidance on the prioritization of remediation efforts and supports new initiatives by implementing a \"baked-in\" automated control measurement and monitoring
To be successful in this role, we\'re seeking the following:
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
10-12 years of total work experience preferred - mixed experience in application development, computer architecture, and technology/information risk, assurance or advisory strongly preferred
Communication skills must range from participation in detailed technical discussions to business-oriented presentations to working closely with senior management
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
CISA, CISSP or CRISC and ISACA certifications preferred
Experience defining, implementing and monitoring IT risk management programs, including cyber security related risks
Experience understanding design and operating effectiveness of IT controls and industry related frameworks
Prior hands-on experience within the Risk Control space working with AI/ML framework is a plus
