Anthos is a family-owned business based in Pittsburgh, PA. In our Bakery & Café we offer Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch as well as authentic Greek and Mediterranean food, European style breads and pastries and Colombian coffee by Devocion. Our location is conveniently located next to the train station.
We are looking for a full time Bakery / Pastry assistant to join our bakery team staff. If you are passionate about baking, we'd love you to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Mixing basic pastry doughs and cookies.
2) Preparing sweet and savory fillings for pastry.
3) Production of traditional Greek sweets and cookies.
4) Help prepare baked goods in accordance with company standards on merchandise presentation, safety and sanitation.
5) Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen / bakery and related equipment.
Job Requirements:
1) Must be 18 years or older.
2) A minimum 2-3 years of bakery experience
3) Attention to detail.
