BBRG Seeks Hosts, Servers, Service Assistants, and Line Cooks with the following Career Experience:
Achieving BBRG goals for sales, cost control and profitability;
Ensuring Guest service standards are consistently met or exceeded;
Creates and contributes to a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for both the Team and the Guest;
Ability to multitask and prioritize expectations and tasks;
Strong communication skills with Team Members and Guests;
Maintain complete knowledge of menu descriptions/recipe adherence;
Possess the "Hospitality Gene";
