LINE COOK - applicants must have at least one year experience cooking on a professional line. We work in an all call expo system. The ability to remember calls and communicate effectively with fellow cooks and chefs is an absolute must. Weekend availability is a must.
PREP COOK 2-3 years prep/line cook experience
Applicant can work independently if needed by staying on task, following recipes, etc
Basic knowledge of cooking to temp, basic recipes and correct use of kitchen equipment
Availability to work mornings through the afternoon and weekends as schedule can vary
Ability to lift 25-40 lbs, unassisted
Serve Safe certification is a plus, but not required
