Pizzeria/Bakery Pizza maker/Line cook

Driftwood Oven is a pizzeria and bakery located in the Lawrenceville neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Our goods are made from scratch everyday and all of our leavened breads are made with a sourdough culture. We use organic flour, locally sourced produce, cheese, and meat, and pride ourselves on the quality of the food we produce. Driftwood Oven is locally owned and operated by a member of our Pittsburgh community.
Job Duties include:
Preparing items as directed by sous chef, sauces, soups, dressings, etc
Stocking and cleaning the assigned station
Washing Dishes
Baking bread, rolls, hoagies, roman pizza, focaccia
Working stations during service hours
Working cleanly and efficiently
Clear knowledge of the menu and how to execute each item
Working well with others
Having a growth mindset, open to learning and constructive criticism
Must be able to lift 50#, work on their feet all day, have reliable transportation
Pay is 11.50/ hour + $10 in tips/hour (on average) and goes up based on experience.
