We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expediter to join our dynamic team. The Expediter plays a crucial role in ensuring that food orders are prepared and delivered efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities
Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining area to ensure timely delivery.
Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to manage order flow.
Monitor the quality of dishes before they leave the kitchen, ensuring presentation meets company standards.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.
Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Support banquet operations by assisting with setup and breakdown as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Team player with a willingness to help others as needed.
