Busy Italian upscale-casual dining 200 seat restaurant seeking experienced FOH Waitstaff (Expo/Runners) We are seeking team members that are committed to Hospitality and Servicing our guests as well as each other in a high-volume environment.
What we are looking for
Expediter/Runner
Reads ticket Orders
Calls out orders to the kitchen brigade
Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely manner
Understands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guests
Ensure expo and service station areas are organized and maintained
Assists front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned
Stock and maintain side stations
Check all silverware for cleanliness, defective pieces
Proper stacking of soiled plates and glasses in the dishroom
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
Fold napkins
