Our Kitchen is seeking an experienced Prep Cook to join our team as a Food Prep Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will be able to read recipies, handle a variety of foods, strong communication skills, work well with others and have experience preparing a wide range of dishes and products. A great Prep Cook understands the importance of adhering to food-safety requirements and completing assigned tasks on time so that we can ensure a short delay between the preparation and packaging of ingredients.
This position works with the Kitchen Operations Manager , Supervisors, and management team to ensure all tasks get completed on time!
The position will also be cross trained on the line, to be able to assist during rushes when needed, as well as on occasion open the line or close the line!

Responsibilities:
Follows recipes to prepare food items.
Clean kitchen and dining area.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
Presents self in a positive manner to customers and managers alike.
Comply with established kitchen rules and policies.
Work on a team with other food service staff as well as cooks, servers, and dishwashers.
