Ruckus Coffee Gallery & Café in Shaler, PA, is hiring a full-time Barista with Oversight of the Café Dining Room. We’re looking for a talented and dependable individual to lead by example and bring creativity to our café. With daylight shifts and optional evenings for special events, this is your chance to thrive in a fun, community-centered environment while earning competitive pay.
What You’ll Do
Barista Duties: Create top-quality hot and cold beverages with consistency and care.
Feature Drink Development: Use your creativity to craft unique seasonal or monthly feature drinks.
Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding experience to every guest with warmth and professionalism.
Dining Room Oversight: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and efficiency of the café dining area.
Front-of-House Support: Assist with tasks such as bussing tables, running food, stocking supplies, and light cleaning.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
At least 3 years as a barista in a high-volume setting.
Proven management and customer service experience in a café or restaurant environment.
Skills:
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new drink concepts.
High attention to detail and adherence to health/safety standards.
Traits:
Dependable, with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and fostering a positive team environment.

Location: Ruckus Coffee Gallery & Café, 1707 Babcock Blvd., Shaler, PA 15209.
Hours: Daylight shifts, with optional evening shifts for special events.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation or live within walking distance.
