Full-Time Line Chefs/Cooks
The Youghiogheny Country Club, a private Golf Club in the Elizabeth Township area with a 400+ membership, is seeking full-time experienced line chefs/cooks who are motivated, professional, and dependable to join our team!
Requirements:
You must have some previous experience preparing food in either a country club, fine dining or upscale bar establishment, or recent culinary student, also having some knowledge in banquet operations is a plus, but not necessary.
From Scratch kitchen, so you must be able to follow directions and recipes in a timely manner.
Must be willing to prepare great tasting innovative foods.
You must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
Must exhibit a strong work ethic and be flexible to work multiple stations in the kitchen. (Sauté, Broiler, Grill, Fryer)
Must always keep up a professional image through appearance and dress.
Must be respectful to fellow co-workers and be a team player.
Must have reliable transportation, we are not on a bus line.
