Spork is currently looking motivated professionals. We are a small casual fine-dining chef owned restaurant located in Garfield.
Position: Head Bartender
Shift times: Our restaurant is open from 5 with the last seating at 9. In times can vary based on the day of the week or the amount of prep to be done. This usually is around 3 pm.
-Must have a strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails. Must be comfortable designing interesting, well thought out and balanced cocktails for our menu.
-Other job duties include: maintaining cleanliness of bar, ensuring quality and consistency of all bar functions through all bar staff, helping with education of cocktails and spirits.
-Weekend availability a must.
-Tip pool; team service.
