PaPa J's makes a focaccia style pizza that is unique. Our dough is nearly `1:1 flour to water which is more wet than customary. Our dough rests 4 days in bulk before being rounded and let to rest another day in trays. You don't toss a PaPa J's Pizza, you flour it and drape it into a custom pan, let it rest again then build the pizza and bake in a very hot stone lined oven. PaPa J's offers both counter service, dining service and togo service, to be successful in the position you must enjoy working with people and carry yourself with composure and class. There is both a full wage and tip money in compensation.
