We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial Kitchen Manager with 3–5 years of kitchen and line cook experience and some leadership experience to lead our back-of-house team, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and deliver the good food that we're known for.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve high-quality food in a timely manner
Maintain a welcoming and respectful work environment for all identities, gender expressions, races, and religions
Train, support, and supervise kitchen staff
Manage labor and food costs, inventory, and ordering
Create weekly schedules
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all BOH areas
Step in when needed to keep operations running smoothly
Work with the Inventory Specialist to design and execute engaging dinner specials
Coordinate catering and event food service
The Details:
Weekend and evening availability required
Average 32–34 hours per week, with occasional extra hours for events, holidays, or coverage
