We are looking for an experienced kitchen leader to help oversee the kitchen staff in our fast-paced, high volume operation, and works alongside our team! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, and a strong performer in all stations of the kitchen. The successful applicant should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain safety-critical systems and supervise staff performing those tasks.
Maintain food safety policies and procedures, and be familiar with the most up-to-date standards and regulations.
Maintain customer service, quality control, inventory, and sanitation standards.
Knowledge of restaurant management systems.
Ability to direct staff.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with co-workers and employees.
