Leona’s is looking for two part-time employees to assist our production operation. These new team members will fulfill a variety of tasks including, but not limited to baking, prep work, dish help and dough making. This is a great way to get your foot in the door of a high volume production kitchen.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong work ethic, can show up on time and complete assigned tasks.
Likes working with food.

Can follow recipes, understands the importance of precision in baking.
Adept at time management.
Asks questions and can accept direction.
Team oriented, will jump in to help as needed.
Ability to work independently.
Self motivated and feel responsibility for your work product.
Main Responsibilities:
Tasks as assigned including but not limited to: baking, making and shaping cookie dough, dish (we all do dishes), and
recipe/ingredient prep, packaging set ups as needed.
Follow directions as trained and open to learning how Leona’s kitchen operates.
Follow recipe and production protocol precisely, measure accurately, label and store according to food safety practices.
Maintain clean and organized workspace.
Exercise time management, to complete all assigned duties in a timely manner.
Requirements
18+
Can lift 50 pounds and can stand for long periods of time.
Attention to detail.
Ability to tolerate both very hot and very cold environments.
Great communication skills, asking questions and receiving feedback.
General knowledge of standard kitchen safety practices and procedures.
Reliable transportation
Job Details
$15/hr
16-24 hrs/week, we are flexible on day of the week, but we require a set schedule.
Available workdays are Monday 9-5 p.m. and Tuesday-Friday, 8-4 p.m.
