Long Story Short a sandwich shop in Lawrenceville is now open and looking for a cook to join our team. We are currently looking for one full time employee. The gig is 5 shifts a week. Monday and Saturday are longer days and the other three are shorter days. Closed on sundays.
You will be responsible for opening the line and working the lunch shift 4 of those shifts. You will have one closing shift that will be on Saturday where you will be starting later in the day.
The menu is small and not overwhelming for one person to handle most days. For the days where we do get a busy lunch rush you will have an extra set of hands to help you out on the line so you won't be left without support.
You will be responsible for managing your time to make sure you are set up and ready to go in a timely manner. After lunch you will help with some light prep to keep the kitchen running.
