Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room is a busy, established, and reputable restaurant in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh's Cultural District, and we are looking to add a full time pastry cook to our scratch kitchen. Job responsibilities will include prepping the pantry station for salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and desserts; producing menu items in a timely manner during service; and breaking down/closing station at the end of service. Starting hourly wage is $15 and a shift meal is included. You must have reliable transportation and the ability to stand/bend/reach for long periods of time. Experience preferred but we're willing to train the right applicant with a desire to learn and a great attitude.
