Restaurant Operations and Facilities Manager Needed

Bob’s Diner is hiring an operations manager for our muti-location family owned restaurants.

- Works 4 week days and 1 weekend shift.

Collaborates daily with owner head chef, kitchen managers and catering manager to execute our mission of excellent food and service.

- Works alongside kitchen staff and front of house staff to promote fast, accurate service, positive guest experience, and high quality product.

- Manages daily operations of multiple restaurant locations and commissary kitchen.

- Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling dish staff & commissary driver.

- Overseeing weekly purchases from Sam’s Club/Restaurant Depot.

- Provides clear expectations for responsibilities and performance.

- Motivates and holds staff accountable.

- Monitors inventory management, waste reduction strategies, Health Department guidelines, adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Act, and company policies.

- Responsible for preventative maintenance of equipment, facility safety and cleanliness.

- Ideal candidate has experience with facilities/mechanical knowledge of kitchen equipment, HVAC.

- Responsible for care and maintenance of Company Van.

- Additional duties as assigned.
