Part Time Barback Position
Spirit Lodge & Hall, in Lawrenceville, is seeking a barback to join the team. Experience is great but we’re happy to train.
Barback Responsibilities:
Work with bartenders to provide what they need in a timely manner
Prep the bar for excellent service
Prepare juices, garnishes, batched cocktails, and house made syrups
Table & Bar Counter maintenance
Stock beer coolers and liquor cabinets
Wash all bar tools and mats
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Keg and draft line maintenance
Keep the walk-in cooler clean and organized
Remove trash, recycling, and compost
Glassware maintenance
Bus tables and bar top
Basic janitorial tasks
close and clean bar with bartenders
Qualifications:
∙ Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to left at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to carry at least 50 pounds up and down steps multiple times a shift
∙ Organized and detail-oriented
Multiple Speeds A Must
We have a variety of events ranging from Hip-Hop to Punk Rock Concerts, Art Shows to Political Events, to regular bar nights.
