Position: Manager
Start Date: April 2025
Compensation: starting $22/hr, experience will be considered.
Schedule: 1-3 shifts/week. Days of shifts to be determined. Weekly manager meeting every Monday 2-4p.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Supervise FOH, BOH, and security staff during shift
Answer phone and provide information to guests
Provide staff with necessary information for shift and events
Transition with others on Management team at shift change
Manage take out orders from ChowNow and by phone
Artist/Renter Hospitality and settlement
Open or Close Banks and POS
Assist with calculation and distribution of cash tips
Check out employees and ensure side work is complete
Unlock or Lock up Building
Assist employees in busy times
Assist with day-of event rental needs
Maintain clear communication with other managers and managing partners
Troubleshoot POS systems and call technical support when needed
