The Pub at 333 is a high-volume, fast-paced, casual gastropub that offers competitive pay with flexible hours. We are looking to hire part-time & full-time hosts.
NOTE: Weekend availability is required; rotating holiday availability is required.

Host Job Responsibilities:
-Welcomes guests in a warm and friendly manner and ascertain their dining needs.
-Seats guests and manages the seating chart.
-Manages the entire reservation system.
-Answers all phone calls and takes all reservations and carryout orders.
-Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow and regularly communicates with the back of the house to coordinate pertinent information.
-Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
-Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
-Assists others with side work including, but not limited to: cleaning, stocking, bussing, rolling silverware, maintaining restrooms, etc.
Host Qualifications / Skills:
-Excellent verbal communication
-An interest in customer service
-Ability to resolve conflict

-Very thorough & detail-oriented
-The highest level of professionalism
Education & Experience:
-Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required
-Experience with OpenTable is preferred but not required
