Medication Management: Reminding clients to take their prescribed medications and assisting with their schedules.
Mobility Assistance: Helping with walking, transferring from bed or chairs, and managing assistive devices.
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of care provided, daily activities, and any changes in the client's health or living conditions.
Safety Monitoring: Identifying and addressing safety issues in the home to prevent accidents.
Coordination: Communicating with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals about the client's care plan.
