We are looking for a reliable, self motivated, mature communicator with strong social skills and a desire to help patients obtain better health in a small established chiropractic office in Monongahela.
Must be friendly, detail orientated with the ability to do multiple tasks
Previous front desk experience would be helpful but not a requirement
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using office documentation process, and or applicable software.
Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Collect patient information and update medical records accurately
Coordinate patient flow and assist with patient intake procedures
Occasionally prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Assist the chiropractor with various procedures as needed
Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary

Pay: $14.00- $17.00 per hour based on experience and considering possible incentives for performance and assistance with office growth and retention activities.
Expected hours: M-Fri (30-36 hrs/week)
