In this position, the person will be in the field 80 to 90% of the time. This role is the bridge between the field and the office. This person starts our client cases and works with our nurses to establish the plan of care.
The coordinator trains and skill validates other caregivers that are being introduced to the client. Once a case has been started properly, the Coordinator will hand off the case to the group of caregivers they trained and move on to the next new client.
This person would be in charge of one of our territories and serve as that Territory manager.

-On Call every 6-8 weeks
-Pay Rate: $19 - $25/Hour
This is a position only available as FULL TIME.
We are looking for highly experienced caregivers for this role.
You must have a reliable car that you can use to drive to and from work.

Please have at least 3+ years of experience in caregiving including Dementia, Body Mechanics of moving patients safely, and Equipment such as Hoyer Lift.
