I am a wheelchair dependent 58 year old full time working woman. I am approved for 28 hours per week of home care. We can negotiate when, I'm very flexible on that. Duties include vacuuming floors and furniture, sweeping and swiffer-ing the floors, assisting with shopping and laundry, some help cooking and basic tidying up. I'm in an accessible unit so I can do a lot on my own but have issues lifting heavy items and bending over. I'm also very short and need items from high shelves handed to me. I currently have someone but I am looking for a cat lover as I am adopting a second one and local caregivers seem to not like them. Wages are paid by the state and it takes time to get you uploaded into their system, so I am interested in interviewing and finding the right person.
