We are a services company that continuously recruits for several positions. We are looking for someone to perform the following duties:
- This is a part time job with flexible hours
- Post jobs ads
- Review and prioritize resumes based on agreed upon criteria
- Conduct basic first call phone interview to sort candidates
- Set interview dates and times for in person interview with operations team
- Weekly review of activity and results of both initial and in person interviews
The ideal candidate requirements:
- Min of 2 years experience in one or more of the following; recruiting, phone sales, office administration
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability for phone calls and return calls
