Apartment building in Shadyside searching for a cleaning/janitorial person to work full time Monday - Friday.
Must be able to:
Work independently and as part of a team.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Be reliable.
Be able to pass a background check.
Duties Include:
Common area cleaning including hallways, laundry room, gym, stairwells, elevators and restrooms
Clean vacant apartments including windows, appliances, floors, and bathrooms
Maintain professional relationship with tenants
Assisting maintenance crew with light maintenance when needed
Light grounds keeping
Perform other duties as assigned
