Location: Near Downtown Pittsburgh, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Daylight Hours (Only two Saturdays per year)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Counter Sales / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time position offers a mix of hands-on warehouse duties and direct customer interaction. The right candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers at the counter, by phone, and by email with orders, product inquiries, and quotes
Process sales and stock orders accurately using Windows-based software
Pull, stage, and prepare customer and delivery orders
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Maintain organized warehouse inventory and a clean, safe workspace
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
Receive, label, and stock incoming materials
Assist with purchasing and vendor coordination when needed
Support inventory counts and occasional weekend inventory events (only twice per year)
Contribute to a positive, customer-driven team environment
Qualifications
Basic computer skills (Windows applications)
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Forklift experience preferred (training provided)
Experience driving a box truck is a plus, but not required
Prior HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction supply experience a plus
Reliable transportation is required
