Sloan Janitorial Maintenance Services
We are hiring for experienced cleaners that are interested in the following:
Apartment building common space cleaning. 8am to 9am start. 4 days a week.
Includes:
Vacuuming of hallways
Cleaning 9 laundry rooms
Cleaning all 1st floor common space
Trash removal inside and out
We need an experienced employee or subcontractor. Teams and Couples welcome.

Start date is ASAP. If you have an eye for detail and are an efficient cleaner, this could work for you.
This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have experience, time management skills, have a positive attitude, and a good work ethic.
Responsibilities:
-Timely cleaning of each facility
-Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized facility and adhering to safety protocols
-Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking if needed
-Complete daily operational tasks, such as dusting, closing duties, and completing any shift reports
-Other duties as assigned
