DAY LABOR $150/day
Needed for clean outs, carrying drywall, assisting with small tasks.
PART TIME MAINTENANCE:
Must have transportation and ability to get your materials needed for repairs. All of the properties are in the City. You will get assignments via text or email at the beginning of each week. Lawn Maintenance will be need also. Start at $25 and can go up depending on skill level. Examples of work to be done:
Patching and repairing drywall due to leaks
Exterior door repair
Clogged sinks
Some appliance trouble shooting
Small clean up of properties
Grass cutting and weed wacking
very basic electrical, fans, light fixtures, swapping out outlets and switches
Touch up and painting
There is also potential for more work.
