The Staff Management | SMX team in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Food Manufacturing Machine Operator, Forklift Operators, Warehouse Packaging Associates, and Warehouse Custodial Associates. As a member of this factory team, you will assist in manufacturing chocolate, protein bars, and granola bars. Your pay rate is between $15.53-$20.60/hour and you will receive weekly paychecks, health benefits, and much more. 6 months experience in food production / manufacturing / forklift operation and warehouse environment required for all positions.
These are full-time positions available for the following shift(s):
A Shift: 7am to 3pm
B Shift: 3pm to 11pm
C Shift: 11pm to 7am

Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Food Manufacturing Machine Operator
Measure and mix dry ingredients according to production recipes and specifications
Safely lift and handle large sacks of ingredients and transport them to mixing stations in the warehouse
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of mixing and manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Troubleshoot any machine malfunctions or operational issues
Forklift Operator
Load transport vehicles, making sure loads are evenly and securely placed.
Operate Forklift to transport loads to shipping area
Experience with MRP and RF scanner systems.
Ability to read pick-ticket to ensure correct products for customer orders are being picked.
Warehouse Custodial Associate
The focus of sanitation workers who work a regular production shift is cleaning the machinery and floors. They move product to allow cleaning and use high pressure water hoses and squeegees to clean the floors. Experience using high pressure washers and squeegees to clean food production machinery is desired.
Warehouse Packaging Associate
Prepare and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are correctly sorted, labeled, and packaged for shipment.
Utilize various tools and equipment, including handheld scanners, to scan, track, and update inventory accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.53 - $20.60 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
