Groundskeeper's assistant: complete typical landscape tasks per direction of groundskeeper
Aviary Assitant, as needed, once per wk or month: assist homeowner with keeping the open, natural habitats & the aviary room clean & hygienic for the health of 8 parrots.
House cleaner aka Maid needed for monthly, regular cleaning of the home & "heavy housecleaning"-1 room @ a time, starting @ 6pm. Home takes 2 people 2-3 hrs to clean
Above roles can be performed by 1,2, or 3 people. Aviary work & home cleaning can be done on rainy days when landscaping work can't be done.
Perhaps 1 person could do all or most. A male-female team might be perfect. Wage is dependent upon the job & experience, & is negotiable
Before hiring: applicant must engage in a phone interview, pass a background check, participate in an onsite visit, & sign work-related documents.
Candidate must be cognitively & physically capable of the above duties. No D&A tolerated. Paid by check wkly. Some flexibility of hours provided for important reasons such as family or health needs.
