We are hiring an individual to operate our Preventative Maintenance program.
In addition to performing preventative maintenance on HVAC-R systems, this position will entail;
- Monitoring and dispatching other technicians to complete maintenance calls
- Scheduling maintenance visits with customers and communicating scheduled services back to the office
- Ordering materials needed for maintenances ahead of time and ensuring they are on site for the job to be performed
- Assisting the office staff w/ any needs regarding the preventative maintenance program
- Ensuring technicians are observant while maintenances are being completed and quoting any needed repairs to customers that are observed while on site
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
