Join a dedicated team that builds outdoor living spaces and landscape installations for residential homeowners. We create outdoor spaces with walls, patios, planting, outdoor lighting, and water features. And we're looking for team members ready with the skill and knowledge to operate machinery and deliver high-quality landscape installations. No mowing, little maintenance, only installation projects.
This position requires safety, strength, endurance, and a careful adherence to details and repeatable quality results. The
work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. It is vital for the work output to
be very high quality, with correct results. Checking and double-checking is often
necessary; individuals performing the job must be patient and conscientious.
We provide in-field and rain-day training to develop skills. When work duties do change, there is ample foresight and time to prepare. Interacting with homeowners requires a professional, formal manner, as well as professional communication with co-workers.
1. Employment Requirements
Current and valid Pennsylvania Driver’s license
Current Pennsylvania DOT Medical Card
Fostering teamwork among crew members, positive attitude
Ability to learn and retain skills relating to retaining walls, paver patios, natural stone work, edging, concrete, carpentry, grading/excavation, and drainage
Ensures all crew members obey health and safety regulations at all times
Proficient in use of mobile apps and web databases to view and update spreadsheets and other documents
Reliability and timeliness
The physical demands of this job require constantly moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and frequently operating machinery. This job requires working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to the elements. This may include heavy to moderate noise and exposure to tools and machines used in outdoor construction.
2. Compensation Package:
Base Salary:
Hourly wage expectations will start at $20.00$25.00 per hour, depending on experience, payable bi-weekly
Paid Time Off (PTO):
Transfigurations recognizes the following 5 paid holidays each year: Memorial Day, Labor Day, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
