NaturaLawn of America, the leader in organic-based lawn care, has expanded again Our Wexford, PA office is now hiring hardworking, goal oriented lawncare technicians. Experience is preferred but NOT necessary, we are willing to train individuals that are eager to learn.
We are a safer alternative as compared to the traditional chemical-based companies. Our specialists take pride in using organic-based fertilizers and reducing the use of pesticides by up to 85% for residential homes.
This position involves making applications to our customers' lawns and landscapes. In addition to actually performing lawn care services, technicians are responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. This requires punctuality, professional demeanor, positive attitude and excellent social skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hrs a day or four 10 hr days. That's right NO WEEKEND WORK unless we get behind. We want our specialists to be able to relax with friends and family after work and on the weekends. Employees should enjoy coming to work everyday and not be mistreated or overworked like they are at other lawn care companies. If there is ever a need for overtime, you actually get paid time and a half for every hour after 40.
Independence: Have you ever worked with a boss calling out orders in your ear all day long? Our specialists enjoy the freedom of working outdoors by themselves throughout the day. We only hire mature, responsible specialists who can work on their own and take as much pride in servicing customers as we do!

NaturaLawn of America is a drug-free workplace. You must have a clean, valid driver's license to apply for the position. You must have reliable transportation. Applicants must be able to lift 50lbs or more consistently throughout the workday.
Pay is based on previous experience, but experience is not necessary- starting pay without experience is $13/hr. Got experience we'll pay more
