The Service Tech works to advance TREK's mission: To Create Value, Strengthen Communities, and Enhance Lives at our various communities. Service Techs should have a high level of trades experience and participate in the overall cleanliness, appearance and quality of the property, provide the maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and presentation of the community. The contribute in the preservation of the asset and providing a quality living environment for the residents. They may be asked to conduct and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and compliance with OSHA regulations. Must portray a positive productive relationship with other team members. Adherence to the company's Mission Statement, Hospitality Covenant, standard operating procedures and compliance with all regulatory requirements is expected. Essential functions include but not limited to, preparing and performing all necessary repairs to vacant apartments for new residents. Diagnosing problems and repairs in the areas of electrical, plumbing and appliances. Responds to all service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely and professional manner, as directed by the Community Manager. Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and appealing curb appeal at all times. Alerts Community Manager of any potential liabilities or repairs. Inspect the property to ensure that all is in order and and Community Manager is aware of any maintenance or safety issues. Timely completion of work order requests and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
