Maintenance Technician needed for a busy real estate company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks in a timely manner while working independently.
- Must be able to perform all types of routine maintenance service work at scattered locations including: Light
Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall Patching, HVAC repair, and Painting.
- Must be computer literate and organized.
- Must be able to update a daily time-sheet
- Must be able to work 40 hours a week and seldom evening and weekends,
- Must be available for rotating on-call duty.
- Must be able to update management staff, tenants, and property owner professionally if required.
- Candidate MUST have a truck or reliable vehicle with their own tools, a clean driving record and be able to
pass a drug test.
