Pittsburgh based Real Estate Firm seeks qualified individuals with professional experience to perform various apartment maintenance. Properties throughout: Shady Side – Mt. Lebanon
Duties including but not limited to:
Replacing/Installation:
- Dishwashers
- Water tanks (heaters), water lines
- Kitchen & bathroom faucets or sinks
- Toilets
- Deadbolt & knob lock repairs & replacements
- Leak checks
- Window/window screen/door repairs
Knowledge & experience of the following light duty skills:
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing
Additional duties:
- Painting
- Drywall (repair/installing)
- Prevention maintenance: Changing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc.
- Cleaning
- Groundskeeping & Landscaping
Candidates to be considered are REQUIRED to have:
- Dependable Truck.
- Possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Be Drug & Alcohol Free.
- Own tools (basic).
