Interstate Cleaning Corporation has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Housekeeping Supervisor at Ross Park Mall.
Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing a small team of housekeepers and at time training new crew members.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Performing cleaning tasks alongside other housekeepers working under your direction.
Manage the evening activities of the Housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all seating areas, restrooms, entrances and mall common areas.
Directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client and customer satisfaction.
Conducting nightly inspections of the mall common areas including restrooms, seating areas, entrances and docks.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 years supervisory experience managing others.
The ability to change direction quickly and multitask
Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping process and procedures.
Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision making skills
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be flexible with working some days, weekends, and holidays
Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
Job Benefits:
$15 hr.
Full-time - 40 hours week
