3. Snow removal - All walkways & provide occasional salt on driveway
4. Show available apartments
5. Convey applications & deposits to MJ Kelly Realty, Corp.
6. Prepare/coordinate all vacant apartments for occupancy to include cleaning & repairs
7. Remove any debris on the grounds
8. Weeding, trimming & mulching of exterior areas not serviced by landscaper
9. Minor repairs - to all apartments & common areas
10. Convey all major repairs to vendors & follow up until completion of all repairs
11. Answer & respond to resident service calls promptly
12. Monitor snow removal and landscape contractor visits and service to complex
13. Communicate all daily issues (showings, service issues, complaints, etc) with MJ Kelly Realty, Corp.
