Montore Building Services, LLC dba Squeegee Squad is a small business in Jeannette, PA. We are a local business that specializes in window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior building cleaning services. We believe in professionalism, dedication, reliability, and quality.
We are seeking an individual who can complete power washing / soft washing jobs single-handedly, who has experience in this line of work. You must be comfortable working with the following:
Working with chemicals
Equipment maintenance
Small machinery maintenance
Pressure Washing
Soft Washing - Chemical Solution
Ladder Use
Heights
Maintain and have the ability to drive a F550 Vehicle
Have a valid driver's license
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Applicant will be expected to take precautionary measures to prevent damage to customers' property, thoroughly inspect job upon completion, issue invoices, be knowledgeable about the service, and be prepared for upcoming work.
Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check - not every reporting disqualifies applicant
Machinery training, safety training, and quality expectations will be established.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
