We are looking for someone to help maintain rental houses in the Northside, McKees Rocks and surrounding areas of Pittsburgh.
Must be a reliable person.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be able to work alone and with others.
20 - 30+ hours/week.
The position has potential to grow.
Types of work performed (Examples only. Others may be added)
Interior and exterior painting.
Houses clean-outs and house cleaning.
Cutting grass and lawn maintenance.
Assisting the maintenance/project manager
Weekly pay by check (not cash)
1099 position (not "under the table")
