We’re a general contracting company seeking motivated and skilled construction workers to assist with the construction of two single-family homes in Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced laborers or those looking to grow their skills in residential construction.
Responsibilities:
Assist with all phases of residential construction from foundation to finish.
Perform framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and interior finish work
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Operate heavy equipment (excavator and skid steer)
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
Support subcontractors as needed.
Requirements:
Previous construction experience preferred (framing, carpentry, general labor, operating heavy equipment)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation to the job site
Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
