Estate planning firm seeks part-time attorney to assist with client meetings, primarily by videoconference but occasionally in person. Work can be done primarily from a home office.
Must have at least three years of experience in estate planning, Medicaid planning, or estate administration; experience in more than one of these areas is a plus. Other job requirements include:
-an understanding of how retirement accounts are inherited and taxed
-proficiency with the statutory requirements for will, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives in Pennsylvania
-ability to relate empathetically with clients and perceive their individualized estate planning needs
-a professional on-screen appearance
-a commitment to improving clients' lives with superior estate planning services
