Industrial Electrician – Union Role – $30 - $36.50/hr + OT + Bonus
We’re hiring 4 Industrial Electricians for a union organization offering $30 - $36.50/hour plus overtime pay for any hours over 8 per day. Shift differentials include $0.30/hour for afternoon (3pm–11pm) and $0.45/hour for midnight (11pm–7am) shifts. This is a steady shift position (no rotation), but candidates must be flexible to work either shift if needed.

Hiring Process:
Ramsey Technical Assessment (60 questions, multiple choice; 60%+ to pass) covering motors, electronics, control circuits, power distribution, PLCs, and more
Hands-on troubleshooting assessment with current electricians
Interview following assessments
All assessments and interview may be completed in one day (8am–1:30pm)
