At our Weirton, WV facility, we're seeking a Quality Technician who will be at the forefront of product excellence and operational scale-up. What You'll Do:

Champion Quality: Perform precise measurements, tests, inspections, and audits to ensure our pilot builds meet top-notch standards. Your attention to detail will be key in supporting our product control plans.

Data and Insights: Input inspection results into our cutting-edge Quality Management System, providing invaluable data to guide our quality assurance efforts.

Resolve and Innovate: Tackle non-conformances head-on and collaborate on corrective actions. Your feedback will help refine our quality procedures and tools, driving continuous improvement.

Maintain Excellence: Keep our inspection environments spotless and organized, whether in the receiving area, metrology lab, or on the production floor.

Spot Issues Early: Identify and report quality issues or material variations promptly, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Safety First: Uphold safety standards in every task, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in heavy manufacturing assembly or quality inspection.

Skills: Proficiency with industry-standard metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs, and optical comparators.

Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and auditing requirements, including ISO 9001, NADCAP, ASTM, IPC 610/620/J-STD-001, and more.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Vision: Normal color vision to accurately evaluate color during the manufacturing process.
