Raybuck Auto Body Parts is looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team on the North Shore. The full time position is with our warehouse group and will primarily entail re-stocking inventory, picking, packing and shipping responsibilities for the automotive parts that we sell. These parts range from rocker panels, to paint supplies, to automotive fasteners. You can see the types of parts that we sell on our two websites: www.raybuck.com and www.henrysautowarehouse.com
Part-time work potentially available as well.
Our desired candidate will be very organized, an effective communicator, take pride in his/her work, be punctual, and have a positive attitude.
To become a member of our warehouse team, you'll need to be able to:
1. Lift up to 70 pounds
2. Be on your feet for 8-10 hours
3. Use a computer, including word processing, internet browser, and shipping applications
4. Perform basic math functions when taking bulk items and breaking them down into smaller packages
5. Work in a fast-paced environment
6. Read a tape measure
Hours and Pay Rate:
M-F, 8:00-4:30
1/2 hour unpaid lunch break
$16-18.00/hr (depending on experience)
Paid every two weeks with direct deposit available
Benefits:
Paid time-off on holidays
Two weeks paid time (starts accruing after 120 days of employment)
401k participation available after 90 days of employment
Health coverage is not currently offered
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred but is not required
- Team player
- Safety oriented
- Reliable (Attendance is key!)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read small print
- Must not have any attendance infractions for the first month
- Must be able to submit to and pass drug screen and background check
